I believe in leadership that is authentic, compassionate and empathetic.
Too often, leaders are pushed into roles without adequate support. As a result, we see people that would otherwise be amazing leaders abandon their path in frustration.
This industry requires more empathy and kindness, and needs more leaders to share stories.
Who is Jason?
My name is Jason, and I live near Ottawa, Canada. LinkedIn. Twitter.
I've worked for multiple startups and large companies as a software engineer and technology leader, spent time with Shopify as a product manager pre-IPO, and most recently led P/L for a worldwide services organization in the video software space until our exit at the end of 2020.
During the day, I’m a dad, partner, founder, consultant and coach.
